Peaceful Sunday
Summer activities
We swim every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Daniel is so funny jumping off the diving board. Every dive has a new name. Jaxon and Wesley prefer to stay in the jacuzzi.
Baby Girl
No I am not having a baby girl. Yeah right! But, I did go to a bow making class last week and tried out my bows on Wesley.
IF I did have a baby girl she would be so amazingly adorable. Kinda like this, but more girly!
No I am not baby hungry, just excited to see my niece June next week and try out my bows on a real baby girl!

Knights
Ever since Jaxon's birthday party at Medieval Times Daniel has insisted he doesn't want to be a Firefighter when he grows up. Now he wants to be a Knight. My dad being the awesome grandpa that he is built them some sturdy shields and cardboard helmets. I provided the 99 cent store swords. Johnny provided the opponent. The living room tournament was hilarious and went on for over an hour! Even Wesley was entertained.

Bash at the Beach
Jaxon can not function without a nap and asked me if he could go to sleep. I out a blanket over him and he stayed there for over two hours! I even went out boogie boarding and caught some awesome waves with my sister-in-laws and nieces. Jaxon was still asleep when I came back.
Sun block would have been helpful! They didn't believe their parents when they were told it was a necessity. Let's just say they learned the hard way.
Wesley loves to face plant in the sand. He only screams when we pry the gritty globs out of his mouth. We kept him bundled all day and he took a nice nap on the blanket next to Jaxon.
I finally got a good picture of his ears. I just love the way the light shines through them. It is adorable.
Sunday was low key at the camp ground. We all ate way too much, had a nice testimony meeting together, and saw a few illegal firework shows from all around us. We found out a little too late that Oceanside had cancelled their fireworks show due to budget cuts.
Overall it was an awesome trip and we had a great time with the Hulse family. We found out Tuesday that we were really lucky. A few guys at Johnny's work were called to work a 24 hour shift over the weekend but his foreman knew he was going to a reunion and called someone else. We were so glad he didn't have to leave in the middle of the trip! If they had called he would not have been given the option of turning it down.
10 Year Reunion
Wow! 10 years already. We went to my 10 year high school reunion a few weeks ago. I was glad to go, but overall a little disappointed. I am not sure what I expected. Most of the people I was friends with were not there and everyone else was drunk or smoking. It made it a little difficult to socialize. The same clicks were still intact. For $50 bucks we should have set-up a date night with a few couples and headed to Cheesecake Factory!
